a. IDEAS tests raw materials strictly. If there is 2% of the raw materials are defect, then all of them will be turned down. .

b. There are full test, inspection and spot test for quality control in the process of production. IDEAS  teaches its staffs not to let defect products to go down to the next procedure.

c. IDEAS uses full test for off line products. The 5% of the every off line products will be taken for breaking test to get the electric parameters, wring force, usage life to prevent the defect products going to the market.
